I stand corrected to say that the duties of schools, colleges and institutions end when degree have been awarded through certification process monument in a piece of hard paper called certificate.
But the Institution's duty should not stop at that, in fact it only just began as most professional trainees in Higher Institutions don't end up in the fields of their profession.
After School, as we say for graduates from Higher Institutions, the Youths are made to go through a compulsory National Youth Service to and for their fatherland with a monthly stipends which unfortunately become the Income for the Youths and their parents!
The reward of NYSC is also the Certificate which only reflect or attest to the fact that an Assignment had been discharged but the impact or results of the assignment is rarely or barely seen in the day to day lives of ex-Corpers who are greeted with realization that their monthly stipends will be stopped without pensions!
After which they are drafted into the society as though they had never been through a system. The main reason a Corps Members who once served and performed the ritual of monthly and final clearances in a company, after service, the said Ex-Corper would be made to apply for the vacancies of the seat he/she just left, as if the data and information required was never on the Company's table - this is a Professional Hypocrisy #myprofessionals will cure.

- The first action of the players will be a six step forward to Go for NYSC where they earn LYP Coins, Players in a hurry can get Exemption with 50LC (Performed once per player)
- Actions to be taken by Dice actions.
