The Deed of Assignment for all the Eighteen Vacant Lands are Ready.

Player can now acquire these Vacant lands for the Lovist Coins specified.
The Deed of Assignment is a final Title Document for each Property. However, Players can through Memorandum of Transfer which are affixed to each Deed of Assignment by Plots Transfer portions of their entire Assigned Land.

More than one Player can jointly own Properties and share the proceeds pro rata. For instance Player A who buys the 2 Hectares of Land in Isalu, Odo-Oro Ekiti, Ekiti State and constructs Sports City can sell portions of his Property to another player and the proceeds or revenue from Fans visit will be shared according to the quantum of their contributions.
