Product Application
鈼咹ammer mill: Used for the fine grinding of cereal grains, oil cakes and meal in particular feed mills, bio-fuel, distilleries, food factories, edible oil mills etc.
鈼哅ixer: Used for mixing of feed ingredients and premixes. Widely used in different industries, such as: feed, pet, food, chemical and pharmaceuticals industries.
鈼哠eries molasses mixer: Is specialized for mixing molasses in powdery materials. Mixing homogeneity: CV<10%, maximum molasses application ratio: 20% possible.
鈼哃iquid adding system: Dosing liquids into feed processing machines such as mixer, pellet mill and extruder, so on.
鈼哃ab-size pellet mill: Unique roller and small inner diameter die. Available with die openings varied from 脴2mm to 脴12mm, satisfying different experimental designs鈥?requirements. Used DDC conditioner, made in stainless steel. High efficiency. Automatic control precisely controlled adding rate and convenient data recording.
鈼哖ellet mill: Feed pellet machine is also knows as pellet feed mill, fodder pellet mill. It belongs to animal feed processing equipment, which can directly extrude corn, soybean meal, rice husk, straw and grass into small pellets. Is widely used in large, medium and small aquaculture, grain feed mills, animal farms, poultry farms, individual farmers and small and medium-sized farms, or large, medium, small feed mills.
鈼咶eeder: The feeder is generally a screw-type with some variation in flight arrangement, such as single flight, double flight, full pitch or one-half pitch to accommodate varying conditions. It is equipped with some type of speed control, such as a variable speed electric drive. The purpose of the feeder is to provide a constant, controlled and even flow of feed to the mixing and pelleting operation. Any variation in this flow results in poor conditioning and a variable product.
鈼咰onditioner: DDC Conditioner DDC preconditioned to pasteurize pelletized feed products. DDC is capable of holding the feed for up to two minutes and can reach temperatures of 90潞-95潞C. This combination of temperature and retention time will destroy many microbial populations. Made in stainless steel 304. Long retention time: 60~90 s. High gelatinization: 45~50%. Large side access door design for easy cleaning and maintenance.
鈼咰rumbler: In this process, small pellets are broken between two corrugated rolls. Most cost effective machine to produce small pellet feed for poultry, livestock and aquatic animals.
鈼哠eries Rota-shake sifter: Suitable for the cleaning and grading treatment of powdery and granular materials or products in feed mills. Balance weight, suspended elastic support, swing design and low noise. Easy change the screen.

鈼咵xtruder: Process of dry extruders generate heat through friction to accomplish numerous processes including: cooking, expanding, sterilizing, stabilizing, dehydrating and texturizing. The extruders can be either high or medium shear that create various pressures and temperatures resulting in quality nutritional food and feed. The extruder can be use for aquafeed, food, pet food and raw material.
鈼咲ryer: Suitable for drying products like extruded feed, pet food and grain products. Specialized for drying aqua-feed of high gelatinization, good water stability like: shrimp, ell, turtle and so on. Re-utilized hot air, saved energy. Horizontal belt, stable running and low percentage breakage. Adjustable drying temperature, material retention time and flow bed depth, flexible quality control. Easy to install and maintain.
鈼咰ooler: Suitable for cooling granular feed, especially the extruded pellets. Compact structure, small space required. Octagonal cooling bin, to eliminate death corner. Hydraulic flexible driven tipping plates for smooth and controllable discharging rate. Little maintenance required and low energy cost.
鈼咲ust collector: Cyclone principle adopted for dust separation and settlement, prolonged service life of filtering bags; quick bag changing device, ease of labor. Application: Dust collection on a dumping pits a pneumatic conveying system etc.
鈼咮ucket elevator: Widely used for the vertically conveying of powdery or granular bulk material in grain terminals, port terminals as well as such industries as feed, flour, rice, edible oil etc.
鈼哠crew conveyor: Consist of moving or conveying items such as: packages, equipment, food, or products from one area to another. These conveyors are able to transport dry, loose materials between places such as pits, trucks, barrels, rail cars, silos, hoppers, and vats. Applicable for the horizontal or a small slope 20掳) conveying of various bulk powdery material; Large loading capacity, safe and reliable; Compact structure and flexible inlet and outlet arrangement; Optional of anti-blockage and speed-detecting alarms.
